So great on that. Thank you. How are you and Jim Hawkins and the transfer of rate on school? I was a mathematics graduate from Oxford, and then I had my two hedger roles of knowledge and horrible school, just just a bit gold. You know, you you have a test, one of six. Well, what do you think of the most three most important things that got you into the Oxford, of course, a certain level of intellectual ability and but also, crucially, they're looking for creative minds, problems of of of of of of of of of research and research. And we chose a very different school, is not ib school, is not a level, is not AAS, S. We devise your own programs. Why bother? We do not define ourselves by third party curriculum. If you say we are, we define ourselves by being IV program throughout. That means your students do pretty good later. We actually have the complete flexibility to build. A lot, of course, is around recognizable content. So we're not naive saying we go completely free style. Good luck everybody. They'd have a typically a few APS, A good, good grades for for, for some other other measure of English proficiency. But critically, they'd have something to say that was deep and meaningful and unfavorable about their other work on faker. Yeah, that's really compelling. And if I may add, particularly compelling for candidates from China, but are thousands of Chinese application and the applications are pretty icy A, A, A, A bit that effectively set themselves up as the application for the AC won't get some short term outcomes. But in terms of the person you're producing, you won't get the full package. There's really exciting P, B, L, and there's really terrible PBS. So old school disciplines like reading good books and to leading background knowledge on history that are old, old school things that we love. Yeah, very interesting. You mention traditions of the king, and talking like reading, lecturing. The traditions are still important. So, so an enemy of the college of television and I un declarative competition, where every student competition, and to learn a piece of poetry or prose and speak it by heart in front of all of their peers. That's not a very traditional activity, right? We do it here. You've had a black tea is a common term in parents today. I was like pressed by the parents to, yes, get good academic grades. Ts, yes, I think arena, there's nothing wrong with aspiration and the parents desire to see the best for their child. But if it spills over, that makes the child feel there's no unconditional love for them, that's a real problem. So I hope with my daughter that causes, I wanted to do well and I tried to push her repeatedly ly at times, but hopefully not to the point where she feels but I never get this grade and not going going to be love at you. Think, I think think good education is not like that parenting. There's a certain amount of of guidance and positive pressure when needed, but we never go too far. What's the worst thing about Chinese education? No, middle. And Yeah, the worst thing. So unthinking approach to hard work if our children aren't sleeping enough at night, that's not not going to work ultimately and also there needs to be a certain amount of joy in the working day. So final question Yeah all those people who are not aware enough to come to to to to just basically the ordinary families in China and to what recommendations do you have for them for as parents, we can look at what are the key characteristics of the best education as it seen in the world and I mean one of the key characteristics of some of the world's most successful intelligent people is the fact that being very vacuous of readers and reading the world's great books, and often they've educated themselves hugely through that. But also there's nothing stopping any family are finding those sports clubs, those activities that can be done out of hours where you get a taste of the sort of education that people are getting in these expensive schools and then is a little tight for families. One of the things that has a dramatic effect on the confidence of of Young people in education is time. Young people spending time in intelligent conversation with adults doing it regularly, ok, and whether that's a family meal table where you put all devices to the side and you talk about current affairs or the book you're reading, okay, those sorts of things that's a common characteristic of well educated families.
